Tom has transformed our garden into a beautiful tranquil space which gives me joy every day. He is by far the best gardener I’ve ever had. He is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of gardening. He’s also completely reliable, trustworthy and honest. He turns up on time and works really hard when he is here. Tom has done garden design work for me as well - his designs are thoughtful and imaginative – he listens to the brief and comes back with an initial design which we discuss in detail and amend if necessary. The final result is exactly what is needed for the plot and meets my personal preferences. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I contacted and then met Tom to discuss taking on the design and planting of my garden in the New Forest. It was pretty much a blank canvas with the added bonus of a  beautiful borrowed view of fields and the Lymington river. After looking through Tom’s portfolio I felt assured I was in good hands. I wanted someone experienced and perceptive who could get a sense of the kind of garden I had in mind … and then step back and leave him to his creativity. It was very clear from his communications, sketches and planting schedule that he captured the feel, incorporated  my favourite colours and particular plants whilst prizing the beautiful view. I am eagerly watching my beautiful garden come together. Tom has been a pleasure to work with: an excellent communicator, fine listener and brilliant at delivering his garden plan.
